I only just now was able to witness the true fuckin' epicness that the movie 300 is. I know I'm late, blame my mom who read some reviews and thought it was a horrible bloody terrible bad movie for evil people kinda bullshit. I have seen some really good movies, but I must say, 300 is now the TOP.

I am not normally a person for history, but start me on something of medieval times and before (aka - times when Sparta was in its glory) and I will be so interested. Now I'm not sure what other people think of the 'myth' of Spartans, but personally I believe it did happen. Do I know for sure? Well hell, thats like asking me if I know for sure there is no god. I may not believe in one, but that does not mean I do not believe it is not a possibility (in my mind, the likelihood of there being one is insanely slim due to what I have heard. I mean cmon, an invisible guy watching what every single person does every second of their lives? Gonna take a bit more than that to make me think otherwise).

Anyway, back on this topic, if you'd consider it one, oh non-existent reader...

Just for the hell of it.. How many of you (that actually read this shit XD) believe the Spartans lived to the full glory that legend says they did? I beleive it is very possible, and actually happened; and I base this off of the knowledge I have.
Now I want anyone who reads this to tell me their thoughts (even if you have not seen the movie. really all you need is to know the legend itself. :P)

I had pretty much given up the thought of making or recording any songs until earlier today. I got myself a copy of FL Studio 8 to dink around with. So far I'm having fun learnin' the some of the odds and ends.
Anyway, with any luck, I will mess around with it enough that I can pop off a good(ish) remix of either Popcorn or Mortal Kombat. I may try something else too. Currently, Popcorn is looking to be the most likely one for me to try.

I just got finished watching Epoch. You know, the movie with that big rock that spins on a tip (more or less). I got to thinking 'Fuck, this is another way all life could go *POOF*'. A good number of my closer family members (aka - parents, sibling, grandparents, etc.) have become, shall we say, obsessed with this. Personally I think it's a fat load of bullshit... Until you look at all the evidence behind the theories.

For a trip back in time, I shall go over a number of other times in the past that mankind thought 'The End Is NEAR!'. (Note: I get this info from a magazine I used to get called 'Muse', so I apologize if anything is off at all. IT'S NOT MY FAULT. :D)(Oh yeah, I do believe all dates are AD)
>33-150 - Christians expected world to end in their lifetimes. IT DIDN'T.

>250 - Cyprian, Bishop of Carthage, warned the end was near. NOTHING HAPPENED.

>992-1000 - Some Europian's think world will end in 1000. People worry as it nears. AGAIN, NOTHING.

>1001 - French monk Rodolfus Glaber said world end 1000 years after death of 'jesus'. IN 1033, NOTHING.

>1186 - Many European's fear planetary alignment will cause end. WE'RE STILL HERE. HMM...

There are plenty more I'm sure. But you get the picture. Nothing happened to end all life on ANY of these dates (sure the black death hit us hard.. it still didn't completely wipe us.)
So now it's time for the more recent thoughts of demise of us.

Theoretically we can already see the effects of it taking toll due to its massive size (said to be bigger than our biggest planet, though still smaller than our sun).

>???? - Core of the earth solidifies, or stops spinning and hence the magnetic field the protects us from solar radiation shuts down. You thought you had a sunburn before now.

>???? - Global Warming moves us into an ice age. Well we already know it's gonna happen. It's a natural process of the earth. Has happened before. But what about the deal of us speeding it up? Hmm... Something to think about.

>???? - Massive ass meteor sends massive ass cloud of dust into the atmosphere, having the same sort of effect you would get from a super volcanic eruption... if not worse depending on how big this rock is and how fast its going when it hits.

>???? - Something like Epoch happens. You'd be stupid to say "IMPOSSIBLE!". That's like saying chocolate isn't really tasty (and yes I know there are people out there that actually don't like it... I was just giving an example.).

For the music I will either record straight from the piano (electric) or use a program I found and really love (even if it's certainly probably not the best around).

-Fur Elies > Don't expect much of this. I'll probably do some remix sort of deal. I haven't been able to combine both hands on the solo (complicated part) of the song yet. :s
-Mortal Kombat > Yeah yeah.. "ZOMG another n00b th4t w4nts to r3m1x M0rt4l K0mb4t! Kill 'im!!" Bah screw that. I won't fuck it up as bad as I have heard it a lot of times fucked up. :þ
-Some other random shit. Don't look at me that way, I just wanna do something other than write reviews an shit here. >.<

As for the flash, I haven't entirely decided what I want to do with that, only a few ideas. :Þ
